Digital Crafts Studio offers a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee for Premium Hosting services. If you are not satisfied with our Premium Hosting service, you may request a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. Refund requests submitted after the 30-day period will not be processed.
Website Services Refund Policy
Services such as website design & development and website support & maintenance are considered non-refundable. Once these services are purchased, no monetary refunds will be issued. However, customers are entitled to utilize these services for the duration of the prepaid period, which typically extends until the next renewal date.
In practical terms, this means that if a customer purchases a website design & development or website support & maintenance service for a specific period, such as a year, and decides to cancel the service before the end of that prepaid period, they will not receive a cash refund for the unused portion. Instead, they will have access to and can continue to use the service until the prepaid period expires.
